Sales & Client Relationship Executive

Description:

  • Identify potential B2B clients across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors.
  • Promote Raksha Green’s eco-friendly probiotic solutions for STP, ETP, and sludge management.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and on-site assessments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with facility managers, builders, and decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for solution deployment and after-sales support.
  • Track leads, prepare proposals, and close sales in alignment with targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in field sales, B2B engagement, or client handling (preferably in biotech, FMCG, or industrial sectors).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand basic technical aspects of environmental solutions (training will be provided).
  • Willingness to travel locally across project sites and client offices.
